Delivery & order

When will I receive my order?

Processing your order, managing the products and delivering ( free ) takes our teams 10 to 23 working days maximum. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of your items.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free and worldwide.

My order is not complete.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I have not received my order.

A problem with the post office? Lost or damaged package?

With our secure delivery , we take care of disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority . We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense .

Overseas France (DOM-TOM)

Deliveries to overseas France (DOM-TOM) may take longer (up to 2 months from the day of the order) in order
to remain financially accessible.

Cancellation & Returns

Can I modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not "processing". Send us an email at contact@dragonfinity.com if you have any difficulty.

Can I cancel my order?

It is absolutely possible to cancel your order! If the order is currently being prepared, the cancellation costs will however be 40% of the purchase price.

I wish to return an item.

We are only able to accept a return in the event of a defect.

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment.
However, if your products have any manufacturing defect,
send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if
possible) to contact@dragonfinity.com along with your order number and description of the problem. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

My item is too small/big.

All our textiles and jewelry are accompanied by a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience for our kind customers. Our
team has taken care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small/large. However, we know that purchasing such an item can cause great frustration.

What payment methods do you accept?

Your security: our priority. DragonFinity only offers payment methods that are guaranteed safe and secure. Through the Stripe platform, we accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay.

Yes, the "HTTPS" present in our store URLs is a testament to the quality of our services.

How can I order a product?

We make your purchases as easy as possible.

Can I combine discount codes?

No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.

Is it possible to buy "in bulk"
